
American actress Anna Maria Chlumsky, born December 3, 1981 ([2]), is Anna Maria Chlumsky. She began acting as a child and then became well-known for her character Vada Sultenfuss, the character in the film My Girl (1991) and its sequel, My Girl 2. Following her early roles, she went on hiatus from 1999 to 2005 to study at college.Chlumsky returned to acting in the roles she played in a variety of independent films, including Blood Car (2007) and In the Loop (2009). She portrayed Amy Brookheimer on the HBO television show Veep (2012-2019) that brought her nominations for six times for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in the field of Comedy Series, among other distinctions.
